Leaving India at 17 with just $20 and a one-way ticket to Australia, Jossy faced early struggles but eventually climbed the corporate ladder in a logistics company that grew to be listed on the Australian Stock Exchange.
His life took a transformative turn after a profound encounter with an eight-year-old homeless boy in Delhi, inspiring him to establish Empart in 1998.
