Raising the Next Generation of Leaders
During the COVID-19 pandemic, Jossy Chacko, President and Founder of Empart, felt a divine call to invest in the next generation of leaders in Australia. This conviction led to the creation of WaveMaker—a year-long discipleship and leadership program that now equips an increasing number of young leaders annually through a transformative, spiritually rich experience.

WaveMaker envisions a generation of Spirit-led leaders boldly transforming every sphere of society—business, education, ministry, social impact, and beyond. We are equipping passionate followers of Jesus to lead with purpose, courage, and spiritual authority, awakening Kingdom transformation. Our vision goes beyond personal development; we are committed to multiplication. Every leader we equip is empowered to inspire, disciple, and activate others—catalysing movements of Gospel-centred transformation wherever they serve.
Mission
WaveMaker exists to train and activate 1,000 Kingdom-minded leaders by 2030 through a transformative, holistic program that integrates Biblical truth, practical leadership strategies, and Spirit-empowered formation.
