Dave Ferguson is the founding pastor of Community Christian Church, a dynamic mission-driven community committed to helping people find their way back to God. From its humble beginnings with a few college friends, Community has expanded to impact thousands in Chicagoland and globally.

As CEO/President of Exponential, Dave plays a key role in fostering global church planting and developing leaders. He is also an award-winning author, with books like The Big Idea, Exponential, On The Verge, Finding Your Way Back to God, Starting Over, Hero Maker, and B.L.E.S.S.: 5 Everyday Ways to Love Your Neighbour and Change the World.

Outside of his professional work, Dave and his wife, Sue, are proud parents to three adult children.
