
Pete Chambers
Pete Chambers is an entrepreneur and businessman with a strong focus on employment and education. A graduate of Texas Christian University and the University of Texas MBA program, he started his career with Chemical Lime Company (now Lhoist Group) in plant operations, sales, and business development roles across Europe, California, and Texas.
In 1997, Pete acquired Diamond H Recognition, an employee recognition company, and transformed it into an employee engagement software platform serving Fortune 1000 companies worldwide. The company rebranded as Inspirus in 2009, where Chambers served as CEO and Chairman until its sale to Sodexo in 2016.
Currently, Pete is the Managing Partner at Chambers Interests, a single-family office. He is also a past president of the West Texas Chapter of Young Presidents’ Organization and remains an active member. Passionate about education, Pete is the Chairman of the Board at Rivertree Academy, a private Christian school dedicated to serving under-resourced students in Fort Worth’s Lake Como community. He attends Christ Chapel Bible Church, where he remains actively involved in supporting both employment initiatives and educational growth.
Pete has been married to his wife Raney for 26 years and is the proud father of three daughters.
