Philip Kua
Philip Kua sees that his life and work experiences have consistently been in Christian leadership, focused on helping people know, love, and serve Jesus. After graduating with a degree in Economics and IT, his diverse career has included roles as a teacher, corporate trainer, small business owner, pastor, church planter, and leadership/ministry coach.
He has mentored pastors and church planters, driven by the belief that the Australian Church’s greatest days are still to come. His mission is to raise passionate, faith-filled disciple makers for Christ.
Supported by his wife, Poh Choo, who shares this vision, they are based in Melbourne and have three adult children.
Philip contributes to Wavemaker, applying his skills in program design, facilitating learning communities, and coaching.
In his free time, he enjoys cooking, walking, traveling, attempting to play golf (hacking at a small white thing), and fishing (landing with one is not as important).
